There were 8 of us and we were served in a prompt and professional manner. Our server was friendly, and the food was delicious. I had the fish cake & salad. The fish cake was a good size and the salad was fresh and tasty. The rest of our group had the haddock pieces and everyone was more than pleased with the taste and size of their meals. What User doesn't like about Vicki's Seafood Restaurant:
Not good, big portions but not fresh food. Ordered the 2 pieces of panfried haddock with mashed potatoes. The gravy which was chicken tasted right from can and the fish was not juicy nor flaky.Seemed like from frozen, extremely overcooked carrots with peas, bland, mushy, no taste. My advice don't bother!!!! Should have realized as soon as walking in paint peeling off tables and some chairs have some kind of covering... View all feedback.

I'm not a meat eater, so I'm going with what others say about the fish: apparently, it's fresh and excellent ... everyone I eat with says so. Huge portions for all. I ate a massive salad and baked potato, so slim pickings for vegetarians, but all around hearty food. Note: they close early (7?)
Good home cooking, not fancy but at a reasonable price, homemade desserts and good size portions. Give it a try
