I have ordered party platters from this place in the past, but I felt compelled to write a review after my most recent visit. I picked up an order for 100 pretzels on Halloween. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, I was informed that my order had just gone into the oven. I waited inside since I had my young child with me. I spoke with an employee—his name was Will—and I realized he was the only one working that day. During the 20 minutes I was there, he managed my order, prepared other orders, handled drive-thru customers, attended to a few people after me, and took phone orders. Once he finished my order, he kindly asked if I wanted to move my car forward so he could load everything into the trunk for me. I really appreciated this, especially since it had just started to rain, and I had to bring my child to the car in her car seat. Thank you for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it!

I had a great experience at this restaurant on August 13th, thanks to a fantastic duo of guys who were working that day. I didn’t catch their names, but when I arrived around noon, they were really on top of things, managing both the drive-thru and the service desk with impressive efficiency. You just don’t see customer service like that very often anymore. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I will definitely return!

Placed an online order, pretzels weren't ready, staff seemed to have no idea about my order, and yes i placed it online at for the boothwyn store, paid 20$ online, then was quoted a different price when picking up, pretzels were cold.. Ill go somewhere else next time.

Nice drive through setup. They will bake new pretzels on the spot if they are out. I swear the pretzels up here taste better than the ones I used to get on Naamans Rd. down in Delaware a few miles away they're gone now anyway, so I go here now.
