I came here on my lunch to get a matcha and got a dessert also. One of the employees was about to leave for lunch or the day. She still took my order, not that it was not expected but I felt like she went above and beyond. I wanted to should her out, thank you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
When will the restaurant start being more proactive and efficient in their service? Do the employees feel overwhelmed with extra tasks or are they just lazy? It's disappointing that they don't clean the tables and floors promptly after customers leave. This reflects poorly on American work ethics. My parents would be disappointed to see this kind of service. View all feedback.
Google noted it as din in, but it wasn't. now my plans have to change. but the coffee and the service itself was good.

I ordered a pink drink with light ice. I do that so it’s easier to eat the strawberries at the end. But it seems like they gave me extra ice. I took a few sips and it was gone!I went to return it and the store was closed. It was a few hours before closing time and there were no signs on the doors explaining why.I gave an extra star because the inside looks really cute. There’s a divided area and a quieter workspace with tables.
Called them to ask about hours since my husband and I couldn’t get into the cafe, but the drive-thru is open. The person who answered the call was very rude after the fact we kindly asked her to update their hours on Google. She said “I have 10 people in line” and hung up. If you want to keep your customers, be nice and listen.
