Fuego Cravings - Upland

The birria tacos were amazing! The only reason it got a 4 instead of 5 is because if my dasher hadnt reached out to me, I would not have gotten my consommé because the way it shows up on their end, even though I paid for two.

Birria Ramen and Street Tacos Special were very good. The Enchiladas were good however, the sauce tasted sweet. We will definitely repeat the Birria Ramen and try other items on the menu.

Our food arrived cold. I was disappointed with the quality of my burrito. The burrito shell was hard and tough to chew. The filling was meat on the left, onions and cilantro on the right, beans next to the meat, rice next to the cilantro and onions, and the cheese at the bottom of the shell of entire contents. I would like to see Fuego improve on this. We spent $50 to be dissatisfied. Basically, you in each bite, I was bitting a bite of all meat, a bite of all beans, a bite of all rice, and a bite of all cilantro and onions. To get the full effect, I had to make four small bites across the burrito and hold each section until I had all flavors in my mouth altogether and then chew.

Quality of the Birria was a solid 4/5. I feel like the actual flavor of the Birria needed a little extra love. More flavor the better, especially in the consume (Broth). Overall good, clean, and hit the spot.

I ordered the Birria Quesadilla and when I got it I thought it was too big so I decided I was gonna eat half tonight and the rest the next day, but.... it was waaaaaaay too delicious!!! I devoured the whole thing!!lol
