El Pollo Loco - Upland

We ordered online for pick-up and when I went inside I was greeted right away. They confirmed my order and got it to me quickly. I was impressed how well their staff communicated and coordinated the multiple orders they were prepping. It was much cleaner than the location off of Central Ave. This will be my new go-to location.

Clean location with great service. It is a very popular place for the locals to eat. There is always a line at night after work at school. It is convenient next to Bank of America and Albertsons and other shopping facilities. Nice place to sit and enjoy your meal vs wait in the ride through the line.

Good food. Can feed the family for $40 or something. Love her guacamole.

I love the chicken bowl. I wish they had offered black beans. I wish they had thick, clobular guacamole, it's like soup.

These are the last three pieces of burnt, black chicken I was given via the drive thru at this place. A patient, courteous young man took my order, and I impressed upon him that I wanted juicy moist, fresh chicken. The cook apparently dropped the ball and gave my family and me old, burnt, dry pieces. I paid $31 for garbage. Double check your order or just avoid this place. This is just soooo wrong!
