Carl's Jr. - Upland

The service was good. The food was good. Easy to find. Is neighborhood is good. They don't have enough parking place here. The drive-through is a long line. The table was dirty. They don't give you enough catch up here.

So I needed giftcards for work, I asked the employee at the register and he said they didn't have any, then I said are you out or you guys don't have them at all. In an annoying tone he said with don't have any right now. Then luckily another employeeclose to the drive-thru window overheard my questions and told his coworker that they did have GC. Thanks to Andrew and himbeing proactive, I was able to get 24 GC loaded. He helped me with the entire transaction and was super helpful. Andrew savedthe day!!!

I wish I could have had a burger patty that was freshly grilled. Unfortunately, it was old and tough to bite into. I wonder how long they keep them after cooking?

The food was good and the service was reasonably quick. The restaurant is situated in a very busy parking lot surrounded by several large retailers. However, the prices at Carl's Jr. are becoming quite high. Tonight, I paid almost $20 for two Western Bacon combos.

This location is consistently clean, and the service is both friendly and quick.
