Visited Orange River Cellars on our visit to Upington in mid-December 2021. The wines were good but the tasting itself had much to be improved. The staff could not provide us with any tasting notes and did not seem very interested. Furthermore, there were no prices on anything which was quite frustrating. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Great service and friendly staff make for a wonderful experience. There are plenty of menu options that are budget-friendly as well. We enjoyed a beautiful wine and spirits tasting, along with gin and craft beer on tap. This is a must-visit when you're in the area!

We had a wonderful experience working alongside our grape farmers in the cellar.

It was excellent. the personal was friendly. that was delicious. the wine, the spirits and the tasting of the brand are at a very reasonable price. large selection of wines.

Orange River Wine Cellars is strategically located enroute to Gauteng and the friendly staff ensure that visitors feel immediately welcome, comfortable and relaxed. The service is excellent and customers are bound to stop again on the way home trip. The Cellars is a true advertisement for the Dawid Kruiper municipality and the Northern Cape .
