We had a wonderful experience for Sunday dinner! Magrieta was an excellent waiter who helped us choose our drinks and food. The onion rings, Moroccan salad, and sesame buttermilk chicken strips were out of this world. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mugg Bean:
Service was very slow. And this is just my personal opinion, but they serve drinks with paper straws. It is not a nice feeling when trying to drink something and you have to basically suck on paper. View all feedback.
Many thanks for the best breakfast meal we have eaten a few days ago at each mugg bean while we go through. service was also excellent.
Excellent service in Upington's Kalahari Mall. We were on our way to get a flight and stopped for a quick breakfast. Our waitress heard our request for quick service and acted on it.
Friendly service but very slow on food delivery when one stops for a quick bite...this would most certainly not be the place to eat

Bad service. Serve food for one person whilst the other have to wait. Very unprofessional staff. Food is not M&B standard. Very pricy !
