Went there on a Friday night after a hectic day, normally busy but on this occasion quiet. On being seated, told that "we'll look after you". Got there too late for their happy hour, but a good drinks list, including Vietnamese beer. A mix between a coffee lounge and restaurant, and a menu featuring both Vietnamese and western dishes, so sure to please most people. The hot pot was very good, full of flavour and the chicken skewers were cooked to perfection, a bit of char on the outside, but wonderfully flavoured and juicy, not dry at all, like skewers can become. Would like to try the 'feed me' one day when I'm not falling asleep.
Service was great and staff very attentive. Food was average and so was the price. Lots of gluten free options.
I visited Maid Mice with a large group of friends for dinner. We had a 'feed me ' banquet menu which we all enjoyed and we were certainly well fed! The staff were all very friendly and helpful with everything from booking the table to helping us choose what to eat. A great evening - will certainly go back soon.
Attended with a couple friends who had been before and raved about this place. They were right. We were greeted and seated by the friendly staff. The prices were less then I would have expected which was a bonus. But more importantly the food was FANTASTIC. The cold Asian prawn rolls were great to start with and My Clay pot was perfect. It will not be my last visit.
Maid Mice joins the growing list of interesting places near the City for a light, healthy, inexpensive and delicious lunch.Quiet, good service, with an interesting menu to tempt and share. The three of us enjoyed lunch for less than $50(total)...great value. As for the iced coffee...best in Adelaide! Very good cold Asian prawn rolls.Have now added to the list of 12 places to enjoy an inexpensive lunch in Adelaide.
