My food is always great. Just Disappointied they stated until further notice they aren’t taking credit cards i had to go to Whole Foods to get cash back. I collected points from prior purchases they told me I couldn’t use them and they no longer do points. I wish you guys would utilize your socal media or the company site to communicate changes with customers. The employees were professional and service was fast. View all feedback.

I ordered a crab leg boil bag, for $20 plus dollars you get crab legs, 2 small potatoes, and a small piece of corn. You basically get nothing for your money, I feel like for the amount you’re spending you should at least be able to get full. View all feedback.
The food here is truly delicious! As a seafood enthusiast, I was ready to give it a full 5 stars. However, the Cleveland Heights location consistently opens late. I've made the trip across town only to find the restaurant closed, and this has happened multiple times.
This was my second visit to this restaurant, and although I truly enjoyed the food the first time, this experience was quite different. The eggs and corn were overcooked, and the eggs had a rubbery texture. The portion size was very small for the price, and I also received the wrong sauce. To top it off, there were no vegan options available, which was disappointing since we were drawn to this place because they advertised them.
The service was incredibly slow. It seemed like everyone was more focused on cleaning up at 7 PM than on attending to customers. The wait times were excessive for no good reason. If you're at work, you should be working! I could have prepared my own meal faster!
The food was okay, the service was horrible! 8/19/22 stopped in, staff said we?re closing soon. Took my order then said you need to leave, you can?t stand in here, go outside and wait we?ll page you ???? My hubby took too long (5mins looking over the menu)and they just told him, too late ???? He was like this was my first and last time coming here. We went next door where the staffwas pleasant and polite. That?s the last time I go to The Sauce! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!
I ordered my seafood bag with no sausage? they gave me a bag with no sauce at all ? my receipt clearly says lemon pepper.. hopefully they will remake my order ! 42 dollars for this ? Doesn?t even look appealing ????.. SAUCE BOILING SEAFOOD? Where?sthe SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
