Pizza Hut Express - University Heights

I placed an online order and was given a 30-35 minute delivery estimate. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half before calling to inquire about my order. The person I spoke to on the phone admitted they were busy and had forgotten to update the delivery time. I expressed my disappointment, but the response I received was poor customer service. I had a similar experience with a nearby restaurant, but they apologized for the mistake and promptly delivered my order along with a complimentary soda. In contrast, Pizza Hut took over an hour to deliver my cold pizza. This was not the first time I had a negative experience with them, but I decided to give them another chance. I am baffled by how this establishment continues to operate with such terrible service.

This is the second and final time we will be ordering from this restaurant. The food we received was incomplete and some items were burnt. This experience was very disappointing.

I wanted to buy my son pizza, but when we arrived at the restaurant, there was a sign indicating that they were on a 30-minute break. The pizza doesn't sit out all day.

Been here a dozen times. Sometimes the lines are long and i hate lines. But if there is a line the food must be good

I love this place! I work across the street and come here to eat all the time! They have the most amazing pizza! You can't beat a huge pizza! Great deal! Delicious food! Nice staff too!
