I ordered coffee at the drive-thru and the girl with glasses taking orders was very rude. She gave me the wrong order and when I asked her about it, she just gave me the same cup with all the coffee spilled. It was a bad experience.
Good breakfast sandwich. Quick with great and friendly service.
I live nearer to the Mayfield Rd. branch but I am more than willing to make the extra drive to come to this location. The service is superior and my drink is consistently better.
The only inconvenience I find at Dunkin' Donuts is that they require two menus at the drive-thru. One for customers to peruse and select their items while waiting, and another to place orders without feeling rushed.
The service at this restaurant has improved greatly ever since the manager started being more present. The staff now appears to take more pride in their work, creating a better overall atmosphere. I frequent this restaurant often and will continue to do so thanks to this improved work environment. Keep up the good work, ladies, and thank you.
