Stumbled across this sweet place for dinner- we were in a rush and the server/cooks ushered us in with the swiftest kindness. The food was fresh, cozy, and perfectly spiced. The guava/pom drinks were divine, and the absolute precious server complimented our night by sneaking rice pudding into my to go box. Would 100% visit again. View all feedback.
Cafe Tandoor serves quite good curry. While it is pricier than other nearby options and lacks fresh slices of bread, which was a bit disappointing, the quality of the dishes and the service make it a worthwhile place to visit.
Great. Good Tandoori chicken and garlic naan and mint cutney were also great.
Great food great atmosphere wonderful service. Recommend You the saffron rice and every shrimp dish the Nan is a wonderful addition to your meal!
The butter chicken was definitely the standout dish of the table, but we had a wonderful variety of dishes, and I enjoyed all three. We also shared an order of Plain Basmati Rice ($2.50) and two orders of Garlic Naan ($3.50). The naan pairs perfectly with everything, and I love dipping it into the flavorful sauces. We ordered all the dishes at medium heat, with the butter chicken having the most noticeable spice. I understand why the Foursquare tips recommended we try it!
At times, a menu can convey more than words can. The font, illustrations, and prices all give insight into the type of restaurant you've entered. Personally, I enjoy menus featuring creative dishes and quirky sandwich names.
