I'd never eaten here before, but my friend decided to make a pit stop here on the way back from the Buffalo area to bring back home in Syracuse. I figured it was worth trying, and my instincts were well served. My only regret is that I didn't try the wings because I had to smell them the whole ride back, and they smelled pretty good. Honestly disappointed all around. I ordered a large cheese and pep with a single order of wings. I could not have been more shocked to hear that the total was over $50!!!! I showed up to get the order and was greeted by very friendly staff. I got my food after paying the outrageous fee. Now for the food. The pizza had 2-3 pepperonis per slice… if you can call it a slice. They barely cut the pizza so I had to re-slice... View all feedback.
Small, slow. Food served cold. Ordered two tacos, finally came out 20 min later after watching customers come and go. Limited parking. Watched one take out customer and another eat-in customer use the handicapped designated parking spots, without HC tags. Disappointing.
Best finger sub in Buff IMO They stack it FAT and the chicken is crispy. Blue cheese on side w/ a cold DC is heaven.
Couldn’t be more disappointed. After a lengthy stay at Roswell following a cancer surgery, I ordered a sheet pizza (via DoorDash) on my last night (6-27) for the nurses as a thank you for the wonderful care. The Dasher arrived to find out they didn’t start making the pizza yet as missed seeing order (no biggie as mistakes happen) but when the pizza arrived, it was undercooked so much it was almost inedible. The following morning, I called LaNova and asked to speak with a Manager (Sam) who was kind verbally but literally told me there was nothing he could do since it was ordered via DoorDash delivery and that I’d have to dispute with DoorDash. Well, that got me a $5 credit on a pizza that cost me approx $98. He even disputed that it came from LaNava’s Williamsville location versus West Ferry but I can clearly see online that Main Street in Williamsville was the location. The nurses were of course appreciative but when asked admitted it was bad….really bad (I honestly think they threw it out). Mistakes happen but how about some sympathy and making things right with a credit for a future sheet pizza or even offering to send another pizza to the amazing nurses at Roswell. I’m the last person to write a bad review but this was experience was beyond upsetting and I will be sure to share with others. Regards, Brandon
Ordered a white pizza with parmigiana crust, the pizza itself arrived exclusively covered in parmesan without mozzarella, and hardly any of the listed toppings. The owner of the Main St. location would not accept a refund and talked in circles blaming GrubHub, and he exclaimed the storefront cannot deliver across town when there was no other viable transportation.
I went ther for lunch . I was impressed the pizza was great. I had family over . Ordered sheet pizza extra sauce bucket of wings. 125.00 They skimmped on all the sauce . This is what u get for 125 bux . Bubble pizza crust no extra sauce .
