The food lacked flavor, was overly greasy, and was simply unacceptable. This location used to be decent, but it has really declined recently. I won't be returning, and I doubt I'll visit any Panda locations again.

The staff were quite rude. When I returned today, I had to place an order before I could access the bathroom. However, once inside, I found there were no paper... read more The staff were quite rude. When I returned today, I had to place an order before I could access the bathroom. However, once inside, I found there were no paper towels available. The woman serving food had a permanent scowl and didn’t say a single kind word—no smiles, no "please," no "thank you," and certainly no "have a nice day." Regarding the food, I ordered beef and broccoli yesterday, and there was barely any beef—just a single crumb amidst piles of broccoli. I ordered the same dish today, and once again, it was overwhelming in broccoli but lacking in meat, with 15 huge pieces of broccoli and just a tiny bit of beef. The rice was cold and they also skimped on that. To top it off, the soda machine was broken, so I left with an empty cup, still thirsty. Additionally, I requested hot mustard and chopsticks both times, but they forgot to provide those as well. I've given this place two chances, but I won’t be returning.

She came out and when I told her what happened she laughed, and said, maybe it 's because we are chopping onions in the back, and we have poor ventilation .HELLO!!!!!!! As much money as this business makes, they can 't get accurate ventilation?! My vision was impaired for a while, it was blurry and my eyes burnt bad, and all the manager can do is laugh and act as if that is a daily occurrence!!!!!DO BETTER!

The orange chicken was... read more Ordered from this location about 2weeks ago, near closing time. Big mistake ordered 2 2item plates orange chickens and kung Pao chicken. The orange chicken was mostly hard and uneatable, lesson is don't order near closing time.was delivered but Uber eats.So disappointing waste of money
