Despite this mishap, the worker behind the counter was very nice and gave him another meal for free. They handled the situation professionally and I appreciated their kindness. However, the food was not up to par. The chicken was dry and overcooked, something I have never experienced at a chicken restaurant. The fries were also overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.
