Voodoo Doughnut - Universal City

Voodoo Doughnut is another example of a very popular Out of State Destination that the state of California is not without. Voodoo was one of the first facilities that brought the view of gourmet donuts to the top of American appetite. Donuts with Müsli? You have it. Bubblegum Donuts? You have it. Donuts filled in a huge coffin? Yeah, they do. There is a certain cheesy, cool mood when you enter the place, and you would be hard pressed to buy no or at least one coffee to start the day. In truth, I'd rather go to the original spots in Oregon. The sheer fact that they do not calculate any taxes to buy them means that you are much more bang for your Buck. Although it is appreciated that California gets a little of this crisp Oregon variety in our neck of the forest.

Hyped up donut shop, unfortunately it doesn't scream exclusively for me. Great concept, but would not wait 30 minutes.

Pretty normal donuts. Had the vegan apple fritter, it was good but nothing special. I guess the fact that it's vegan is special. Don't be so excited to try this place and you won't be disappointed.

You have long lines, but it moves fast, your donuts are airy and tasteful, I had the Portland Cream and Chocolate Ring. 1. Bite You are connected and want more in this Portland Cream. I couldn't help me use my finger to shove some of the cream in the middle. I'm sorry I didn't make a picture, but showing how good they are and worth the stop.

A great place to grab a donut while at City Walk. They 're famously known for their unique designs and of course the name the voodoo doll donut. I ordered two donuts and an iced coffee after walking around Universal and was fully satisfied with my choices. The lines can get a little long, but it 's a treat! I mean, I don 't expect that you 'd come to City Walk or Universal for that matter and not expect to wait in some type of line :
