Ordered the family meal through Uber eats. Did not receive the six pieces of chicken supposed to come with it. Uber driver was told everything was there, but was not.

This place is kind of hit or miss but there's one young lady that is an excellent employee don't know her name she has several tattoos service is hands down the best when she's working her shift always makes sure the order you're picking up is correct

Never had my order ready, placed it 30 minutes ahead and still had to wait another 30 minutes then they keep fulfilling other peoples order as I watch and wait! Ridiculously sucky service!

DO NOT EAT HERE. This establishment is the worst, most unprofessional, nonchalant business I have ever experienced. Google says this establishment opens at 9:45 but the doors were not opened until 10:20am. I sat in the parking lot and watched the employees and managers stand around for 35 minutes. I placed my order online at 9:47 and was asked to wait for 15 minutes. The employees were unprepared and inconsiderate when I asked them how much longer my order would take. I then asked the manager for a refund and he informed me that they can not do refund for online orders (understandable). I asked him how should I go about the refund and he told me that is not his problem. This establishment also has a STOP WORK ORDER ON THEIR DOOR SINCE October 2023. This business needs to be shut down immediately due such unprofessional behavior and incompetence.

I don't understand why this location has a health code violation for a little over 6 months they are still serving food?
