Guests frequently praise the deliciousness of dishes like beef kung pao and mixed lo mein, often served fresh with swift and friendly service. However, concerns arise regarding inconsistent food quality, with reports of soggy appetizers and delivery delays. Service appears to be a key issue, with some encounters marred by rudeness and neglect.
