Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was with my close friend and her daughter. What Erendira K doesn't like about Ben Jerry’s:
The location of the restaurant is excellent and the ice cream was delicious, but the customer service was terrible. We felt hurried by the girl working the afternoon shift on December 30, 2022. I have been to other locations where the atmosphere was much more welcoming. Even the other employee working with her had a better attitude. The tone was abrupt and rushed. I'm out of vermont, and jerrys is what I grew up with. this load is not ben and jerrys quality. toppings are a little fragile for several dollars and the sizes are absurdly small for the values that ben and jerry keeps. Not to mention, there was such a small selection of aromen compared to their many numbers of amazingly unique aromen. Finally, the service was not ready to try to optimally serve the customer needs.
The crumbling snow sorbet is the sky! made with rose, lemon, basilikum and crumbs. kiddie size is a little expensive at $3. but their aromes are homemade, unique, Persian style, and fresh. great alternative to saffron rose.
I went her a while ago and forgot to write a review. I think it's creative to have a churro cone. It was delicious. And ice cream was good and they have a lot of options. So good!
The ice cream is good. But, three small scoops in cups with no toppings was $25. And they are really pushing social issues now. This store had a big sign about incarceration. I get they are wanting to draw attention to issues, but not ice cream conversation to me.
Honestly this was a 5 star experience today after i was racially profiled at Sephora upstairs, it was good to see a person of color there being nice and welcoming us regardless of our race so thank you for making our day and making us smile to the african American guy with the beautiful smile, he's a great employee
