Located conveniently in downtown Anoka, there's easy parking and plenty of places to stroll while savoring your ice cream, including along the beautiful Rum River. They offer some really fun and delicious flavors—my personal favorites are the Zanzibar chocolate and Black Cherry. The staff is great; it's often local kids working here, and they are quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place, and their gift cards make a wonderful gift for others.

However, there are others who do a great job and provide value for your money. Overall, it’s still the best ice cream around!

Additio... read more I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They don’t allow you to combine two different flavors in the kids' cup, which was frustrating. Additionally, an employee came over to inform me that I couldn’t have alcoholic beverages beyond a sign that was about 10 feet away, all while I was waiting for my husband and sons. It felt like she was on a bit of a power trip. Overall, I found the prices to be high for the quality and quantity of food offered.

They have the Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream that's based out of Madison, WI and it is by far the best ice cream. I actively search for it. I'm glad it is sold here! I will come back all the time this summer. We got the ube chai flavor and the banana cream pie flavor in a dish and a waffle cone respectively. We had eaten our ice cream on their tables outside, but they also had tables inside. Let me know if you ever supply the Fat Elvis or the Kitty Kitty Bang Bang flavors!!
