This Taco Bell has some caring funny and enthusiastic employee’s. After a horrific and horrible TB experience at 10800 Lorain ave Cleveland Ohio. When I got to this one Missy (the manager) helped me out without a question. I got food today and OMG ? this Mexican pizza looks just like the picture. What Hollywood doesn't like about Taco Bell:
They are low on staff like everyone else! She said 3 ppl called off the day i went and they messed my order up. I got 2 $5 boxes and didn't even get it in a box and they forgot my cinnamon twist. They slushy machine was also down. Food was just slopped together and I really wasn't happy with this transaction. I will never come to this taco bell again. I'm cool. Don't recommend.... Super skimpy on items , dog food looks tastier , items missing from order . How does anyone eat fast food anymore ?Food: 2/5
I should have known better…The dude had all his hair all over the place with no hair cap it was disgusting in my opinion and my tortillas was coldFood: 1/5
So, the dude at the drive through totally read back the orders auctioneer style, and had fun with it. Customers were amused etc. And they even got the order right! Imagine that! At least one team member was really good at his job! Very rare nowadays! I just hope to hope that he's dropping science at local bars that have live music, if that still exists?
Arrived pretty much at closing time and still got our large order 100% correct. Feel bad for putting them through it in hindsight, but we had to stop in a pinch as it was the only place around open. Everyone that works there deserves nothing but the best for dealing with people like us
