Unknown to me, my son, who was before me, in the drive-thru, paid for my meal. When the worker bought my food, I gave him my money and he took it and went away. I was guilty, but I decided to leave. Why would he have taken my money and kept it!!!! I found out later that my son has already paid for it!! So my meal cost over $20 for a hamburger and note!! Sonic, is that okay? I feel like he stole my money!
Drink orders shouldn't take 15+ minutes whenever it isn't even that busy.I shouldn't be expected to wait to push the button to speak to someone after 15 minutes. Even then, only for me to be informed that this store can't even make part of my order because they were out of the snickers for a blast.I should have received, at the VERY LEAST, a sincere apology for having me wait for as long as I did. Especially since my sons and I weren't able to enjoy our icecream at the park like we had planned.Horrible experiance all around. I'll be looking into how to follow-up with a formal complaint.
The drink I ordered barely had any ice, and the bacon toaster had a piece of wilted lettuce that should have been thrown away, plus tomatoes with cores that were unappetizing. The bacon was tough and broke apart like shards of glass. The bread was not toasted properly—what’s the point? The tater tots were clearly re-fried, greasy, and cold, with some even being undercooked and freezer-burnt. It's really disappointing!
I waited 15 minutes for a medium slush while these kids were just goofing around. I'm really frustrated with spending my money at places with such poor service. It's not even busy here!
This location is HORRIBLE to many kids in there playing around talking and not getting orders out. I waited 22 for a oreo blast and a cheeseburger I finally flagged someone down about my order he said they forgot to bring out my order. He came out 8 mins later with a melted oreo blast and cold cheeseburger. Had them everything and after 20 mins with nothing I asked for a refund just ridiculous
