When the worker bought my food, I gave him my money and he took it and went away.... read more Unknown to me, my son, who was before me, in the drive-thru, paid for my meal. When the worker bought my food, I gave him my money and he took it and went away. I was guilty, but I decided to leave. Why would he have taken my money and kept it!!!! I found out later that my son has already paid for it!! So my meal cost over $20 for a hamburger and note!! Sonic, is that okay? I feel like he stole my money!

Even then, only for me to be informed that this store can't even make part of my order because they were out of the snickers for a blast.I should have received, at the VERY LEAST, a sincere apology for having me wait for as long as I did. Especially since my sons and I weren't able to enjoy our icecream at the park like we had planned.Horrible experiance all around. I'll be looking into how to follow-up with a formal complaint.

The bacon was tough and broke apart like shards of glass. The bread was not toasted properly—what’s the point? The tater tots were clearly re-fried, greasy, and cold, with some even being undercooked and freezer-burnt. It's really disappointing!

I waited 22 for a oreo blast and a cheeseburger I finally flagged someone down about my order he said they forgot to bring out my order. He came out 8 mins later with a melted oreo blast and cold cheeseburger. Had them everything and after 20 mins with nothing I asked for a refund just ridiculous
