I wish other spots stayed open late like these guys do. I sometimes have to get naan to take back home (I live far away from here), and I can always stop by here on my way home from NY to get naan. I had a few other items on the menu, and they were decent. I haven't had a chance to try other things.Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
What Medi Hoss doesn't like about Shalimar Restaurant & Grill:
They messed up my order as I ordered beef kebab but they gave me ground chicken kebab. The tables should be cleaned and disinfected. The guy in the back was not wearing safety gloves when preparing the kebabs on the skewer. That is a huge health violation. He may carry E. Coli bacteria transfering to food and getting people sick. It is not Pakistan or India. View all feedback.
If someone wants to have quality food, plentiful portions, low cost than to visit Shalimar. I only started going there since the beginning of April and there is never a time when it is not busy, but the best part is the food is always fresh and tasty with variety of different options. I have to admit, the best part was when I ordered catering, it was delivered on time and more than what others give. Five.
The best place for Desi nonveg food. The best part is that they are open until late in the late night, so you can tie to food at night. You also have Ramzan Sairi food, which is brilliant! Would certainly recommend! Customer service is very good.
Food was good for the price. We went for an iftar service and food quality was good, the amount was not. They took the food from the buffet as if there were no tomorrow. A guy spends 15 minutes stacking 4 plates for food for iftaar 10 minutes before iftar) while others waited. We should learn how to behave.
Quality of food is good. Service need to be improved. Years passed but they still have non professional girls handling customers. Someone attended me without asking a word but rose eye brow (what do you want?)Food: 4/5
This place stays open till 3 in the morning. The seating space is small, so it gets crowded quickly. The food was good. We ordered chicken biryani, seekh kabab, chicken tikka masala, and beef behari kabab. Unfortunately, they ran out of Behari kabab, so we got beef to seek instead. Service was okay. The server seemed lost while serving. He was bringing food and telling the name of the food for people to say to him that's for them.
