Every time I tried to order food from this facility. There's always a problem. Today 8/10/2022 they can not chicken just pigs and steak. In the past, they were always a menu item. Or there is issue with payment option. Or management and employees are rude and unpleasant. I don't like to give negative reviews because we are all people and we make all mistakes. BUT I don't want other people to waste there, as I did several times.

This place is getting from a bunch of people who don't care, customer service is terrible. You never have anything in stock. I've never been in a pollen pot that had no chicken?

Came online at this point after ordering food. At the car drive threw pickup and waited for 30 minutes before someone came out to say they closed where. I asked if my money would be returned and the young lady said it would be automatic because they closed at 7 even though the order had been placed at 18:30. My money was not returned. And it was reliant on my account. Do you call the store and no answer? How do I get a refund?

Bad Customer Service.. And serve people like pigs.. Whoever is the owner or the administration of this location must drive by car to see how early they close the restaurant. The operating times are closed at 10 o'clock. They closed at 8:00. Please see the pictures to see how bright it is outside, but they tell customers that they are closed. It's just 8:00. Please update the operating times to save customers a trip only here employees tell them ..WE CLOSED! GAS is PRETTY HIGH. SUMMARY OF OPERATIONS

Wow! Just read some reviews and looks like management really doesn't care about customer service, pictures on menu must be why people eat here especially when they are hungry. My experience at this location is not perfect but I always do drive thru, the new menu with avocado is not working out every time I order the avocados are not ripe and hard. Will not order anymore there avocado selections.
