Was a little nervous, as the last two reviews were not super enthusiastic, but turned out to be wrong. great breakfast place with clear vegan options. sat on a Sunday morning and there was a bit of a waiting time (20min) that seems quite standard for breakfast places. the biscuits and gravy were pretty good and vegan pancakes was surprisingly crisp on the outside and chew on the inside. a fixed four stars.

They have some vegan options, had a tofu cube with alleged “Karlic-Fries Rosmarin”, side the homemade sausage. tofu was good, pommes were actually kartoffels with not much taste (can not taste the rosmarin or garlic). not impressed by the sausage, in the average.

I've been going to the new moon for 5 years while I'm vegan. I remember being surprised by their many vegan friendly options and large brunch concentrated menu. my usual order was the vegan delight with tempeh, sourdough toast and homefries. I had this meal as a bake, which is delicious and recently it was moderate and overpriced. because they are usually characterized by covid, their quality has gone down and I often have grounded orders or forgotten pages. they also seem to eat much more fat and lower quality in general, they are hurried meal times. my kartoffels are rarely completely cooked and my toast is only broth in a round. I only hope that it can come back to its former glory, this place has a soft spot in my heart. I only expect more of them.

I've only been here once but they have a really good tofu scramble! They also had biscuits and gravy, desserts and pancakes available.
