This McDonald’s really took the fast out of fast food. We felt so bad for the manager who was the only one working his tail off to make sure everyone got their order. We waited over 30 minutes in a relatively short drive thru line (6 cars or less). They had our order ready for us once we got to the front which we were very thankful for, and the food was warm and tasty (Spicy Chicken Deluxe). The spicy sauce tasted a little funny, but you can’t beat the price.

Dining room was neglected. Crumbs on tables which is unsanitary, obviously. However during these times, for the tables not to be cleaned on a 1/2 hourly basis speaks volumes. While the staff was relatively busy two of the employees upfront, when they were done servicing the customers, took no initiative to go clean the tables but instead talked to the other employees that were diligently working. The manager was noticeably busy but did not prevent them from talking and doing their job. The bright side of this was the food was hot and served quickly.

Always the same .. best part of McDonalds. Gotta give them 4 stars because the expectation and what one gets is perfectly aligned. Of course, the food tastes like cardboard. But it is fast food!

I’m giving it 5 stars because BRADY in the second window on Thursday around 7:00pm I went to the drive through he was so polite and respectful and also amazingly patient. He gave me everything in order so it was not rushed. He greeted us with confidence. McDonald’s needs more people like this and I hope he becomes something more than what he is now to inspire drive through employees to be confortable with all customers they see every day. Brady made my family’s day and the confidence to eat a well meal/dinner. Thank you Brady, hope to see him become a manager because some managers don’t have the energy to welcome the customers like he did.

I ordered through the mobile app. My order was correct, it came quickly and was still warm when I got back to my house.
