I arrived at my Fairbanks hotel tired, cold, and not wanting to go back out -20) for dinner. I saw that Lin’s delivered to my hotel and placed my delivery order directly through them). Forty minutes later exactly when they said to expect it) I received a delicious Sesame Chicken combination dinner that was warm, tasty, and definitely enough to feed two hungry people. Heartily recommend! View all feedback.
What Mark H doesn't like about Lin's Asian Bistro:
This Asian restraint is an alternative to the nearby McDonald’s, Wendy’s and the Denny’s near the Super 8 hotel. The menu is extensive and carried with Chinese, Thai and sushi offerings. It’s not a place you’re going to linger and socialize with friends, but tho food was fine and delivering quickly. I had the $16.95 chicken and broccoli combination plate that came with a choice of soup, served with lo mein and white... View all feedback.

My fiancee and I have ordered delivery from this place a few times and always really enjoyed it. We decided we'd stop in and eat one evening and were saddly disappointed. Though we were seated immediatel and there was only one other party in the place, it took several mintes for some one to bring menus and then several more before our order was taken. When the food came to the table, my order came first and it was another 10 minutes before hers came. Being some one who was taught that you wait until everyone is ready to eat, it meant that my food was barely luke warm. It was rather bland compared to the stuff we get when it's delivered. The wait staff disappeared and was not to be seen until a third party came into the restuarant about half an hour after my fiancee got her meal. It meant that our drinks were nevr refreshed nor were the appitisers plates ever removed from the table. We left feeling very disappointed in what we had expected to be an enjoyable meal.
Finding good Asian cuisine is already hard but it breaks your heart when you arrive and your seated only to realize above you something is growing. I can't say for sure that it's mold but among majority of the vents their is something black and it appears to spread to other portions or the ceiling. To make matters worst the food was cold I currently feel like I just ate a bag of onions from the Mongolian beef lunch special I ordered and it was cold. I had BBQ spare ribs as an appetizer for the table they were poorly made almost burnt with a sauce that thrown over certain pieces.
Our delivery order was underwhelming. We understand the challenges of the Fairbanks climate but our delivery was lukewarm. The potstickers were OK, but not memorable. The orange chicken was under-sauced (and cool). The rice was lumpy and not terribly fresh. This may be a much better restaurant dining in but we'd pass on trying the delivery again.
Delivery was quick and easy. Food was fresh and very tasty. The egg rolls were still piping hot. The chicken teriyaki was light and flavorful and so was the fried rice. I wish I lived here so we could explore the whole menu
