What Emmitt Gleason doesn't like about 99 Restaurant and Pub Massachusetts:
They took forever to seat a small party while 3 LARGE. Party?s left due to ?only a certain? amount of workers while I counted 12 SERVERS. Don?t come here it?s not worth it. The floors also are very dirty. View all feedback.
We love the 99, the bartenders are excellent, and they have the coldest beer in the city. this is a one-week stop for us in the rule, but the take-out is hard to miss. when they call the restaurant, it says “for a better experience, togo orders must be placed online” that is all in order and dandy, but they can’t adjust their order online as long as they want to eat them exactly as it is on the menu without asking others, this is in order. for example, there is no place for special instructions that I get, maybe they don't want to ask crazy, but I just wanted to order a burger with the brot on the side, aka didn't put together, because they tend to go soggy, but there is no possibility to do online, so a mistake that we had to take place elsewhere. I just have to enjoy my 99 when I dive.
We first came to dinner and after our departure I noticed that my card was missing. I was in panic because I had a bad experience with my card before being stolen, and I called to see if we had left it there. the first two paintings I called someone who picked up the phone and hung me up. I tried again and then I got in the handle so they could check with the manager. after 15 minutes another person took up the phone and I let her know that I had waited for the manager and she apologised me and put me back in the grip. I tried to be patient because I know everyone is understaffed and it was about their closing time, but 30 minutes later they hung up on me again. this was over the closing time, but I tried to call again, and behold, the manager finally picks up and knows immediately what I called. I asked politely why they were hanged after I stopped for 40 minutes and the manager said he didn't know why. super frustrating experience and I wouldn't just know how to treat customers again. everywhere else in Westford it is better to give her business.
Went on a Tuesday night and sat in the bar area. Not busy at all, people sitting at 3 tables and at the bar. Waiter asked if we wanted menus and said yes. He took drink order and left. Waited and waited for menus, went and got our own from hostess. Drinks finally came and the martini level was about a half inch below the rim of the glass. Guzzled the drinks and left. We had a nice dinner Chili's.
The wings and skins here are unbelievable. Though I may be biased because I've been going here since I was a little kid. Different Canyon soup tastes a little cinnamon flavored but that's because they messed up the recipe long ago
