We dine in occasionally but we mostly get carry out( ok ALOT of carry out They’re always so friendly and I’ve never had a wrong order. You can’t beat the $10.99 deal and the chicken enchilada soup is my favorite soup ever from anywhere. I wish they’d put the Margareta chicken back as one of the $10.99. They raised the price on that so I don’t gey it anymore but got it all the time before they raised the price on it.... View all feedback.
What nichole miller doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The staff didn't greet me entering or acknowledge me at the bar for 10 mins (busy). Please have bartenders stay behind the bar though, take the headphone off, and engage the customers for orders. Hire a bar back or runner vs having the bar staff disappear for periods of time. Prices made no sense and we're too high. So 6 cheese sticks are $15 but a HALF order is $11?? I can get a gourmet half salad with a six oz frie... View all feedback.
Chili's has hit a new low. My companion and I stopped in for a quick meal on a Wednesday evening before 7pm, only to leave over 45 minutes later with our food packed up to go and $70 poorer. The hostess was nowhere to be found when we arrived, and when she did show up, she lacked any sort of welcoming demeanor. We decided to sit in the bar area in hopes of faster service, and were seated at a high-top table. We ended up sitting at this table waiting for our to-go food, feeling obligated to tip the bartender for simply giving us water and chips and salsa. Although the bartender was friendly, waiting 45 minutes for our meals was unacceptable. To make matters worse, both of our meals were incomplete - my wife's sliders were missing bacon and onions, and my combo meal was missing two of its sides. Chili's used to be a reliable quick dining option, but not anymore. We will not be returning to this location or any other Chili's in the future. We should have seen the warning signs when the first thing on the menu was alcohol.
No greeter, then, Server told us to check ourselves in. The, snippy little girl saw us back to booth. Server was also the bartender. Not the greatest dining experience.
I ordered to go and my Server was so great. She just started and she was wonderful. I also called in to tell them how good the food and service was.

Love Lilly at the bar, always sit there and see her everytime!! Great job excellent customer service ?
