What Cheryl Meola doesn't like about Carrabba's Italian Grill:
I used to think of Carrabba’s as an excellent Italian go to. Then I married an Italian chef. The menu options are less inspirational than they were a decade or two ago and the chefs lack ingenuity. Whomever cooked my meal forgot to season it. The servers act like they are entitled, but the atmosphere is still okay for a weekday late lunch. Carabbas in Brandon FL is a gem. Especially the bar. Crystal, Ed, Dawn and Tiffany make the experience even more enjoyable.. they know the menu and can pair you wine selection to every dish. Besides the food the conversation is great. Just an all around great experience. It’s our hometown to go!
