The poorest service I have ever witnessed. It takes forever to get a drink, and then to get your order taken – not delivered – you better be prepared to have two drinks – order them first – so you don’t have to wait for refills. When your order comes out – check it close for hairs, and the obvious – is it what you ordered. 5 – 1 it is not! The food is consumable – once it is cooked properly – and delivered and correct without hairs in it. Watch the drink glasses. Many are chipped and one had lipstick still on it. The bartenders do not know what the term ‘neat’ means, nor do they know what ‘single malted scotch’ is, eventhough they carry it. I had to physically show them where it was located… The first time I ordered my drink it came with ice in it. Sent it back and they returned the drink to me after pouring the drink into another glass without the ice it. Sent it back to the 2nd time and told them I did not want water in my single malted scotch. Bartender then ‘short shoted’ me in an effort to get even.
