What Lesley McGuire doesn't like about The Fox Hounds:
Decent spot for drinks, but not recommended for food. My friend ordered the mince dumplings and found them to be tough and tasteless. We ordered four meals at this restaurant and found the portions to be very generous. The food was typical pub fare, nothing too fancy, but everything tasted good. They also offer vegetarian options, such as a cheese and onion pie for £6.95. The service was excellent, with friendly staff. The prices were very reasonable, with most dishes costing between £1-10 per person. Overall, we would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
