First of all this place has gone downhill, it used to be a staple Dairy Queen to visit as a kid. But I went in today and something has definitely changed, I don't know if it's new ownership or what but the store was a disaster, super dirty with things all over the floor. Service is slow. Lots of flies everywhere. Garbage bin was overflowing. The shop smelled like washroom. I bought a whole meal and chucked it.
Staff very slow and not organized.I was given a bottle of water as a drink for my menu, that was hot as if left under the sun on a summer afternoon…Toilets not clean and without any toilet paper.Staff not using plastic gloves to prepare hot food (burgers)

Can’t tell what this is? It’s 2 of their blizzards after a 2 minute drive home. Was wondering why they didn’t flip it over before they gave it to us. Because it was soup.
