Recently, I approached Kevin Jackson about catering his amazing pork barbecue, stew, and slaw for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at 100 Acre Farm in Morgan County, accommodating around 35 guests. He kindly accepted the request and even grilled some chicken for those who don't eat pork. The meal was a huge success! We had guests from Atlanta, Florida, and Pennsylvania, and everyone loved it.
