Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Union Gap

Bad place to eat. Got a flamethrower burger. Supposed to have lettuce, tomato and bacon on it. Only came with 2 Pattie's and sauce, cheese. Had to choke it down, kept on sticking in my throat. Will not visit again. Also needed a code to get into the bathrooms. Very disappointed, cuz visit Dairyqueen in Tri-cities all the time.

A little short-staffed, but that's to be expected these days. Blizzards are still good though they didn't do the flip over thing. I don't care, but some people will.

Just gave them their last opportunity to serve a product worthy of the money they charge and it did not happen.I got a fish sandwich with brown wilted bad lettuce and a bun so chewy I had to throw it out.This is the third time I have had either bad food or bad service from this Union Gap location.

My cheeseburger was smothered in mustard, not appealing, and the meat was dry. Two of us ordered the same cheeseburger, but one with no pickles. They weren't marked, so we had to figure it out. Isn't that what the diagram on the wrapper is for? And the girl at the window barely made contact, no smile or greeting.

Went to the second dairy Queen in town the first dairy Queen was just terrible the second dairy Queen down the street cuz we refuse to eat their never did that before lost our order when we went in there just for four ice creams everybody got serve when there was nobody there when we got there and then looked at us like what are you waiting for dairy Queen sucks and Yakima both of them do they definitely need to hire new management to hire new team and if you read the googles reviews everybody feels that way I can see why
