What User likes about Tapioca Express Union City:
This is a 3 star for me because I love the drinks and the whole food here. I've been coming here for 7-8 years, and although I live quite far, I and my family still love the drinks and the popcorn chicken. But here is the thing that customer service is honestly quite terrible. Workers are usually rude and their mood is always clogged. I don't think I've had a good experience in customer service over the past 7 years.... View all feedback.
