Last time I swore off Taco Bell, it lasted nearly 20 years. This meal was so bad. I don't know if I'll be back in 20. My past couple visits have had a strange chemical View all feedback.
Lowered from 5 to 2 stars. Asked for 8 hot sauces, saw 10 being put to the order displayed, but only got 4.

Ordered through app. Arrived at store and drive thru was blocked with cones and all the doors were locked. An employee was waiting from the counter signaling they're closed. Had to walk to the drive thru and finally they said the computers are down and they can't serve anyone. Would not issue a refund even though order was paid for already. Reported the charge as fraudulent to my bank.If you want Taco Bell, just go to another store. ANY other Taco Bell is better than this one.
THEY NEVER HAVE BAJA BLAST FREEZE!this is super upsetting it's really messed up i just want a freeze but the never have it. how do you not have the most popular item on the menu????
