Nice location with a wide selection of beers and very good food. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the service was good and the environment pretty chill. They had the football games on the screens and the food was spot on. I would have to say some of the best french fries that I have had in a long time. The beer selection was large and could satisfy most people coming to choose. View all feedback.
Good food. Ambiente is beautiful and good customer service. Server friendly
If you live somewhere in Fremont or Union City, you know places to drink and have late night fun are very limited. This is an urgently necessary addition to this side of East Bay and such an innovative way to have a beer. If you've ever been in a bar, you've probably waited the attention on your server or bartender to order another drink, but here you can pour your own! I prefer cedar to beer, and fortunately they have both on tape and wine. You give you a bracelet when you come, everything you need to do is against the place below the beer you want. Everyone has an iPad that describes the beer if you are undecided and it measures how much you pour, so you can try as many as you want it is paid by the ounce. The kebabs are to die, the lambs are cooked for perfection and melt into the mouth. If you ever want to catch a game, there are many TVs and the atmosphere is great. The servers are super nice and accommodating, I came for the dry run and it was chaotic in contrast to an ordinary night because the customers moved from table to table to socialize, but they treated it well. You can not ask much more with 24 different choices for beer and food choices for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Whenever I see a movie in Union Landing, there are not many places that are open late, this is a perfect place. Very recommended!
Friendly staff, plenty of TV's playing various sports events and a movie, R&B music playing quiet enough for background noise while not drowning out conversations. Food seemed a little pricey for what it was. It might be normal for the Bay Area? The bowl my salad came in was one of those obnoxious lopsided ones where it was a struggle to keep my food from spilling onto the table every time I poked it with my fork. Not world ending, but pretty annoying. Beer selection was okay. About 4 taps were out of order or empty. All the beers I had were nice and cold, but either super foamy or flat. (One of the pictures attached shows a beer after I poured over half a pin of foam out and tried again) I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again, but it was convenient after driving 11 hours today and it being walking distance from my hotel.
Catfish was excellent. 3 beers were out. Great they had one of Das Brew's beers but with the Triple Black was not sold out.
