My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite the sign saying "Open 24 Hours" online and on the front door, I waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes only to be told they were closing for another 45 minutes. It turns out the lobby was closed as well. The employees were friendly, but it seems there are some management issues that need to be addressed.
If your restaurant is not open 24 hours, please update that information or instruct your staff to stop locking the doors. The staff members are sitting around while the line is not moving. I would have left if I had not already paid for my food through the app. I attempted to go inside instead of waiting in the line, but the doors were locked.
I used to be a fan of McDonald's, but after a recent experience, I'm not a fan anymore. It was late, and McDonald's was the only place open, so I reluctantly waited in line with my kids for ten minutes. The cashier repeated my order of a 4-piece deluxe, but ended up giving me a spicy version instead. The lobby was dirty, and the other customers were frustrated. The problem seemed to be the large number of teenagers working the night shift, who didn't seem very interested in actually working and had bad attitudes.
You can absolutely tell this place works at bare minimal. They will give you old cold food that been sitting there for god know how long! Coffee taste like dog s too! Bet I won?t be back to that nasty place! Should have known better tbh being in thisarea of town.
McD across US I known for clean restrooms, this one was not, clearly hadn't been serviced for a while as there were no toiletries in any stall and overflow of used paper towels in bin. I bbn ordered McDouble and received Cheeseburger w/Bacon. Idrove bk and had order redone to get no pickles no onion and no sauce on it. I gave up donated sandwich to a deserving personwondering outside. I also heard them tell another patron they were out of bbq sauce. The restaurant appeared to have ample staffyet my order was Sadly misrepresented Wrong.... Many food vendor on this street, I will go across street next time to BK orWendy's, Sonic etc
