Great job following the special instructions. The sauce to cheese ratio however I wasnt as fond of. There was too much cheese and not enough sauce for my liking. Im used to Margherita being more sauce heavy with a few pieces of cheese here and there. Different places do things differently though so it is what it is l. Pretty good pie but not the best. Great homemade food. Perfect delivery for all 9 of us. Great service. Thank you Gio's for a nice family meal. I had the Tilapia with tostones, it was delicious. Everyone else had lasagna and tortellini Alfredo. All was enjoyed. Next trip to New Jersey we will be back.
