I don't know how you can mess up a taco but they did. Service was subpar. Tacos were cold. Never been before but I'm not going back.
They are always in a rush and most of the time missing one or the other thing. Not so great Organized branch.
I ordered one burrito, three soft tacos, and three corn tacos through the Chipotle app. When I picked up my order, I noticed that the three corn tacos were missing from the bag. Three employees checked and insisted that all the items were there. Once they finally acknowledged that something was missing, their response was unhelpful and somewhat insulting, saying they didn't know what could have happened to the order, even though I never left the counter.
Andrew goes above and beyond. Others weren't open to the allergy but with no hesitation he made it happen so I could enjoy one of my favorite burritos!!
I love Chipotle, but the service staff is very bad, they keep making jokes with each other and with a lot of rudeness, the food is not kept hot, the tables are kept dirty and you can't find napkins and ice for your drinks, next time I will look another
