Very nice and efficient team working today during a little after lunch. The guy in the car thru met us with a smile and so much kindness and professionalism you don't see anymore. What Fidel Reinger doesn't like about Arby's:
we were the only ones in the car. employees made our order wrong. when we corrected him, the hired seemed irritated. the coworker told us if we stopped and would hear that they would repeat the order. we have our order in the window and we have checked how we were at all almost food sites, and the employee asked us to move out of the window. no cars behind us, so no reason to be rude again. this arby, is a mile away... The service at the restaurant was rude and sarcastic. The food seemed rushed and not well-prepared, but the atmosphere was great as I enjoyed my meal in my truck.
Efficient. The food was delicious and fresh. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
I stopped by on the recommendation of a friend and was pleased with the service. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
I ordered the crispy fish sandwich with fries and a Dr. Pepper. I was the only car in the drive through when I ordered. The sandwich and fries was not cold, but wasn’t hot. Why is it that every time I visit this restaurant the food is not hot?
The app order was ready when it was supposed to be. Food was hot and I will use the app at this location
