cool place perfect for date night or chill dinner date with friends. we had a server that was attentive and even offered to try several dishes. the cocktails were delicious and tasteful. eating was pretty good, I got the cauliflower and nopales and thought they were good. I would be back, but for happy hour, because eating is kind of expensive. View all feedback.
What Up Cast doesn't like about Las Estrellas De Mexico:
Terrible staff. The server was chatting away while taking our order, which ended up being completely wrong. Despite the mistake, they still tried to charge us a ridiculous amount for the incorrect food. I would recommend going to Tio Taco or Veracruz instead, as they offer better service and tastier dishes. View all feedback.

I like it. They have buckets of beer and a shady-as-hell back area where they play music. The burritos are worth it, the ladies are nice and some nights you can actually have a conversation in there. Don't be shy and bring some excitement into your life.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is fantastic! Even though I grew up in UC and now go to college at Rutgers in New Brunswick, I still make the trip back here for the camarones ala Mexicana. As a college student, I really miss this authentic homemade Mexican food.
