Panera Bread - Union

The food at this restaurant is outstanding! Although there can be a bit of a wait at times, it's absolutely worth it! As a vegetarian, I was delighted to see a wide variety of great options. I tried the cheesy broccoli soup, and it was simply delicious! The bread is also fresh and crispy!

I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience at Panera, as I had always heard people say it was too expensive. However, I found the prices to be quite reasonable. My favorite dish was the broccoli cheddar soup; dipping chips into it was simply delightful. The atmosphere was clean and well-organized, which I appreciated. Plus, it was great that I could place my order without having to interact with anyone—definitely a nice touch!

I have to admit, I was quite surprised by the delivery service utilized here, Door Dash. They have consistently let me down in various aspects of their service. However, I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because of the management at this location. When I experienced a long wait for my food, the manager quickly stepped in to resolve the issue without any hesitation or attitude. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the Union Hillside area and I will definitely continue to enjoy their food. By the way, I had the two flatbreads and salad combo, and the Greek salad is absolutely AMAZING!

The food here is fantastic. My son and I absolutely love their turkey chili, and I also really enjoy the Asian chicken salad. Carlos, the manager who was on duty Saturday night, May 7, 2022, was very professional and polite. My son and I had a great time enjoying our meal while watching the last two episodes of 'Moon Knight.' It was the perfect way to wrap up the night after my son's championship basketball game. What a night!
