The office personnel was impatient and needs an inservice in customer service! Feel rushed at my event and the place could be cleaner had complaints from my guests. Was asked for my leftover food and the staff kept my roast beef. Could be more accommodating! My mom had no table to eat on.. they charge for babies even under four although the policy says four and up!

Very nice place. The floors are marble or marble like very slippery with heels. Dinner was late, and the company was ready to hold you to the 1½ dinner time dispersing and clean up.

Sadly a rougher experience. It’s really hot inside and the staff is not friendly..

I recently had the pleasure of attending an event at Galloping Hill Caterers and was thoroughly impressed. Nice venue for the YMCA's Tricky Tray. There were about 300 in attendance. Appetizers were in the center of the room, included gigantic shrimp cocktail. Hot food spread was good, except I didn't care for the chunks of meat in brown sauce (tough). Someone was carving turkey roast beef, which was good. Loved the fettuccine with shrimp, sausage and peppers. There was also other foods on the buffet that I didn't try. Open bar had nice drinks!
