I understand it can be stressful at times when dealing with a rush but people come here for bliss. I visited this past Saturday because my 4 yr old really wanted ice cream the workers had attitudes and the customer service was horrible. I would’ve went else where but it’s impossible to take a 4yr old out of an ice cream shop without anything. Hope things can improve. View all feedback.
I love the waffle, it's all done and the seasonal flavor is very good.
I ordered online because the line inside was insane. It said 20 minutes. Fine. I left to wait in my car and walked in at the time it was supposed to be ready but no.... I'm told another 10 minutes. My time matters too! I get that it's busybut get more workers. Thiscoldstone is the slowest one of all the ones I've ever been to and I'm disappointed.

Really bad service and attitude. Dirty and not a welcoming place for all members of the community
