I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely top-notch, earning a solid 5 out of 5. I really enjoyed this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the servers were fantastic. I will definitely make it a regular dining spot.
I had chic strips and pommes, strips were huge and they were great and some of the pommes were 6-7 long, I couldn't even eat everything.
A fabulous place to bring the family and enjoy good food. The staff will treat you like you own the place!!
Was out to visit the Bison and passed this place. Stopped on my way back because I loved the name. I wasn't disappointed. Staff was very friendly and the Chicken Cheesesteak was delicious. The dip was awesome and cleared my sinuses right up! Only thing I wish they had were pool tables. Then I know I'd be a regular but still I will be returning for more good food and to watch some games! Go STEELERS!
This restaurant is a fantastic spot, conveniently located for us to grab lunch on the way home from work. The chicken tenders are perfectly crunchy, and the onion rings are homemade. I also ordered a chef salad to take home, which came with an extra hard-boiled egg at no additional cost. The portion was generous enough for two meals! The prices are more affordable than I anticipated. Definitely check this place out—you won't be disappointed!

The food was just average. My husband ordered the chili burger, but he didn't enjoy the chili, which tasted somewhat old. The bar area is spacious, and there's also a nice outdoor patio. If I decide to return, it will likely just be for drinks, as the beer was cold. I ordered the beef salad to go since we were ready to leave by the time our food arrived. It tasted good, but presentation wise, it wasn't very appealing. Overall, I can't recommend this place unless you're okay with mediocre bar food served at room temperature. If that's your preference, then this might be the spot for you.
We chose to sit at the bar and were greeted by Candida, who informed us that it was $9 burger day—every burger comes with a side for just $9 instead of the usual $11 or $12. My husband ordered the Boonedocks Burger with a side of broccoli. The burger was fresh, large, and delicious, and he was thrilled that they prepared the broccoli to his liking—nice and soft. The sliders we tried were some of the biggest I’ve ever seen, and the pretzel bites were absolutely fantastic. Throughout the restaurant, there are chalkboards displaying information on specials, featured items, clever comments, and even some artwork. Behind the bar, there’s a board that shares the Wi-Fi password along with the name of the bartender on duty—such a clever touch! The bar is equipped with purse hooks, which is extremely convenient. Overall, the atmosphere, comfort, food, service, and staff were all exceptional. If we find ourselves in this area again, we would definitely return!
This restaurant embodies simplicity, comfort, and a fun atmosphere. Conveniently located on US 42 at the intersection with the road to Big Bone, it serves as an easy-to-find and laid-back gathering spot. The space is quite roomy, featuring both table seating and a bar area. The waitstaff were prompt and friendly, enhancing the welcoming vibe. The menu primarily consists of classic bar food—what else would you expect from a bar? Service was swift, the food was served hot, and the burger is likely their standout dish. Just a heads up if you have any outstanding warrants: you might want to get used to the siren that sounds when an order is ready in the kitchen. No need to worry, though—they're not coming for you! LOL. As for prices, like any restaurant these days, they’re about the same as others in the area; everything seems to be going up. So just embrace it and enjoy your time!
I give 1 star because Ashley and Taylor are fantastic. As for the rest of the staff and ownership, not so much. This is now the FORTH and final time I've left without eating because it took so long. For a hoagie!! I sure hope your patio or whatever dumb shit your building brings in the customers your looking for because your food service definitely will not!! This place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Damn shame. I can assure you that my friends, family, and myself will never step foot back in there. Total waste of time. Good luck on your volleyball court. Hopefully they eat before they get there lol Should just be called Boonedocks Pub n no grub.
Horrible service. We sat at the bar the three gals behind the bar went out of their way to ignore us. Wouldn't even make eye contact.

I absolutely LOVE what they’ve done with the venue! The garage doors are fantastic, the food is excellent, and it’s a great spot to watch the Bengals play.
Everyone was on the struggle bus and appeared to be hungover and it was about 3pm I've heard good things about the place so we rode a few hours to get there. Very disappointed Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The chili was decent, but the NY strip was awful. Mashed potatoes were awful, gravy awful. There is no seasoning at all. I understand that it's a bar, but the folks next to us were overly drunk banging on the bar. Just loud. You could barely hear themusic. Terrible experience.
Not bad. Food is good but a bit pricey. Service is good. We visit whenever we camp at Big Bone, as its pretty close.
Stopped in with my Sweetie for a late lunch during the week. Fast friendly service. The grub was good. I'll bet this place is hoping in the evening and weekend.
This was a delicious little spot to stop at while camping down the road. Probably 30 of us came In and our server took great care of us. That menu is awesome- so much flavor to choose from. Even saved half for the next day and it was just as good. Thanks from this Sister on the Fly!
Extremely loud. Could not talk. I asked for rare and hamburger cooked solid. They Bill you for taxes twice. The tax is added into meal cost and again at end of bill. They tried to pass it off as the same charges. Waitress apologized because I caught it.But she stated it is normal practice per owner. They probably figure their clientele are so drunk they won't know difference.
