The food was amazing! Very very good tornedó and wild boar! The sides were also incredibly cooked. Reasonably priced. The staff is very nice and dressed up for the medieval experience. For sure a place to come back whenever around. Thanks for the incredible meal!

This was the best food we have had in Portugal so far. The restaurant recreated a Lusitanian theme with medieval dress and decorations, with wild boar and venison on the menu. Beautifully cooked large portions, impeccable service and an entertaining evening. We came back the next night for more!

I don't remember the last time I ate such tender and tasty meat. I had the deer with red fruits, amazing!!! My husband had the tornedó with farinheira and cheese, amazing. The rice tasted amazing, potatoes amazing!!! They brought this apple puree, amazing. The wine was an amazing reserva. Even the deserts were top. Also a small storytelling moment about one of the heroes of Portuguese history who names the restaurant. We're already planning to go back there tomorrow. I guess it's gonna be... amazing ! Congratulations to the owners for having such a restaurant, so great services and please don't stop to be so wonderful!
