Pirate's Cove

The food was okay. Nothing special, but you get what you pay for and it wasn't super expensive. One of the steaks at our table was sent out nearly raw, and most of the food was relatively eh. Other than that the gnats are awful and everywhere. When we got back to our table they swarmed around us, then got worse when the food came out. They were even worse in the hallway headed towards the bathroom. We said something to our waitress and she said they were treating them but whatever it is doesn't seem to be working and we were all grossed out.

Grilled Salmon and Grilled Tuna were awful.. I can't even describe the taste. The Tuna steak was cooked unevenly. The spinach casserole had a strange taste and was not good. The only thing that was good were the Hushpuppies. Server was great. This restaurant is one that will NEVER be get a second chance. It was a BIG disappointment and a waste of $50.

My family and I were on our way in for lunch today and to my horror the people going into the restaurant were taking a DOG inside. How totally filthy and unsanitary. Needless to say we turned around and ran away, never to return.? Oh, by the way, the dog was NOT a service animal. It had no vest!

My scallops were greasy, the dish was dirt etc. I had not been there over 3yrs. I will not return ever. So disappointed ?

Let me just start by saying our server Lauren was the best server I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to restaurants all around the world. She’s kind caring. She doesn’t forget a thing and keeps her smile on her face.—-She is a real asset to this company. I believe I can’t wait to come back in. Everything was beautiful. Thank you again Lauren. (Seems as thought she wasn’t receiving much help from her coworkers, but remember guys it takes a team)
